Seed processing is a vital part of seed production, required to move the improved genetic materials from the plant breeder into commercial channels to feed the rapidly expanding world population. The farmer must receive high-quality seeds free from all undesired materials, as the entire crop depends on them.

The seed processing plant is equipped with all the machines needed for successful cleaning and grading operations. Similarly, seed storage is required to store seeds from the time they are received at the plant until they are supplied to the distributor or farmer for sale. For some seed varieties, like cabbage and cauliflower, cold storage facilities are also required.

Our seed processing plant is set up at the KIADB Industrial Area in Kittur, Belgaum, with fully equipped machinery and a cold storage facility.
